Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Great Experience this time! The experience this time was like a low 3 Star Hotel and unlike Holiday Inn. Hotel staff were doing their duties, but most lacked the personal touches you find in Holiday Inn / Intercontinental group of hotels. The Room was ordinary and facilities were not at par with other Holiday Inn hotels. The bathroom was small and lacked basic toiletries usually provided by Holiday Inn hotels. The soap and shampoo dispensers were ill fitted and lacked legible marking for identification without magnifying glasses. Lighting inside the wash room was inadequate. Furniture in the room were ordinary and open cupboards and overall set up were not classy at all. Mini Bar was kept empty with a note that the same can be filled up upon request. Overall experience - Did not match expectations. 09 December 2014
