Could do with a make over and when doing so rip out the TV and internet systems and start again. Overall, hotel offers value and comfort, just such a shame about communications systems... 14 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff Booked 4 executive rooms on DBB basis . Rooms were comfortable and clean and 3 star standard. However the staff were Excellent and very helpful esp Suzanne on reception , Trevor , Sandra , Paul and Lianne in the restaurant . As vegetarians , they went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Kids preferred to go swimming next morning and so cancelled trip to a zoo. Great break overall 13 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Experience I used Haydock Holiday for a training course. From the beginning Vicky was helpful and attentive to our needs. On arrival I was checked in efficiently with no fuss. Overall the room was good although some dust found on sides and a peanut under the desk, bed was very hard so not the best night sleep. My biggest thanks go to Suzanne and Brian who looked after me and my delegates throughout the training day. Nothing was too much trouble for them, Brian even took the time to bring me some lunch as I was working through. These two people are a credit to the hotel and because of their service I will book all my Northern training events at Holiday Inn Haydock 08 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Family stay for one night only Stopped off here for one night in a family room for two adults and two children. Staff were great, as they always are in IHG hotels. Everything was clean, tidy and a good nights sleep was had by all. Breakfast was super and the smart dinning area was patrolled by excellent and helpful staff. Would happily stay again if in the area. 05 November 2014
