Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Strike two Our room had a vent right across from our door blowing freezing cold air 24/7. The heating system in our room could not compete with the freezing cold air coming in under the door. I wanted to speak to the desk attendant when I check out but no one was on duty. There was just a sign on the desk :( Last week it was food poisoning at the hotel restaurant now the freezing room. 21 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WOW! Arrived very late and left very early, but the few hours we were there was an Asian paradise. Excellent accommodations for me, my husband and 2 teenagers. 21 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very comfortable beds I stayed two years ago in a Holiday Inn in Maine, it had been a long time since I had used the chain hotel, but once I realized they had up-graded their rooms to all using temperpedic beds, I have tried to find them on all travel I do. So nice to be able to get a good nights sleep. Rooms are clean and quite, and nights can be added up to earn a free nights stay. Alice 16 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great experience Everything was up to expectations, the bed was very confortable, there was just one draw back which was that the music from a party could be heard in the room. 13 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Experience Great location to stop at after a long day on the road, restuarant and bar in hotel was very nice and Tempurpedic matress and huge plus!!! 13 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Roomy One Bedroom Suite with great bed This was our home-away- from-home for 30 days and we are so glad we had the one bedroom. It is a very big suite, separate door to a very large bedroom. The tempurpedic mattresses were awesome. We were extremely comfortable. The front desk staff were all wonderful and accommodating. But I must give a special thanks to Theresa...very warm, welcoming and efficient. Thank you! 12 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Exterior is nice, lobby looks nice upon first blush but..meh.. Booked thinking it was free breakfast. I would SWEAR tripadvisor listed it as having it. Traveling with wife and three kids a close, simple and fast breakfast is a must for travel IMO. No luck. Got there and was directed to the breakfast restaurant = pay for your food. Building looks nice from outside. Lobby looks nice - you can tell it was older but they did an admirable job freshening. Rooms less so. Roos felt "old". Also was very dark - not enough lighting. I know you're only there to sleep but this cost well over $100 for a single night. I expect more for that kind of money - especially when there is no free breakfast. 08 January 2015
