Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great property Staff is helpful, courteous, informative and accommodating and some of the best ever. Property is well maintained. Airport shuttle is 24 hour and the BEST. Location is central to everything. Amenities such as microwave and refrigerator are most appreciated. My only "suggestion" would be to update a/c system. its a bit dated and may not be all that effective in the hot summer months. April 26, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Stay We stayed the first week in December 2015. Our stay was so bad we checked out of the hotel after the first night leaving in the morning and checked into the competitions hotel with better accommodations and pleasant staff. I was appalled at how I was treated upon check in and the stay was terrible and service was gross. Our bed linens were all soiled and we stripped on the beds. We found hair in the sheets, nasty soiled sheets and the room was dirty. I was shocked because it was as if they never cleaned the room. This was the worst stay I have ever experienced at Holiday Inn and being a IHG Member I am now turned off from staying in the chain. April 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thank you for your extra effort! I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn because I was attending a convention across the street. The price was reasonable and the proximity to the Convention Center worked well for my needs. The room was clean and spacious. On the Saturday evening of my stay, I got in my car to meet up with friends for dinner, only to find a dead battery. I went back into the hotel to figure out what course of action I was going to take. The front desk asked if everything was okay and I told them about my dead battery and my dinner reservations. They offered to take me to the restaurant in the Hotel Van so I could make the reservation on time. I was greatly appreciative of this. Thank you to the hotel staff for your assistance! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Business and Non business comfortable with good ammendies Hotel is very clean and attractive. Lobby very comfortable, decent restaurant with good service. Rooms are quite day or night with quite HAVC system. comfortable beds, fresh clean smell. Tv and internet operated with no problems. Bathroom was clean and fresh,well stocked, with good space. Great hotel for either measure or business. Front staff were very accomodating. April 13, 2016
