I called the Holiday Inn Express in Boston and the person who took the call was extremely helpful. A shuttle was sent to pick me up at the airport. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. 19 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet, convenient to Greater Boston area Very convenient hotel when visiting Boston. The close proximity to the subway station made it very easy to commute to town. The hotel even had a shuttle to and from the subway station. Although there was not much variety to the breakfast menu, the offerings were always fresh, hot and delicious. The evening cookies were a very nice homey touch. The shuttle to and from the airport was also very convenient. There is also a shopping mall and a couple of nice restaurants right behind the hotel. This is a very good choice if you want to stay at an affordable hotel that is close to downtown Boston and has easy access to transportation and nearby shopping. 17 April 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience Front desk staff was pretty good but I have to say that the bathrooms and hallways are dingy. You can see old stains everywhere, just a feeling that it needs to be updated. The shuttle service staff--horrendous, drivers are not friendly at all and they need to tidy up the inside of the shuttles, there was coffee cups rolling around the van. 16 April 2015
