We were attending an event at the Meadowlands and were misinformed about the cost of shuttle services. The shuttle never came therefore we had to take a taxi to the resturant and then had to pay to get on the shuttle that we were informed by the hotel was free. The hotel also told us we could walk back after the concert however we were then informed it would be a $200 fine for walking on the highway. The hotel also suggested a cab for the way back, which would be around $20 however it was $80. Also, there was dried vomit under one of the bed skirts which was not cleaned prior to our stay however by the time we discovered it there, there was not another room we could be switched to as the hotel was full and no one from housekeeping was on duty. We had to sleep in the room with the mess.The next morning the Head of House Keeping was very apologetic however the General Manager could not have cared less about the issue and although she said the 5,000 points and $70 would be refunded to the account they have not. As a rewards club member I am very disappointed in the General Managers disregard for the situation, I was called later to be informed that I discovered "old cake" not vomit which I do not believe to be the case and regardless it should not have been there. The hotel was completely under staffed for having a concert in the area after the concert there was only one person working the front desk with the phone ringing off the hook and a line of 10 plus people, felt very sorry for her. Very disappointing experience.

Great location! Front desk staff were very helpful with directions and instructions on how to get places. Our toilet was backed up from when we got there, it over flowed, maintenance came right away and cleaned up.
Breakfast was good, eggs weren't so great. Good fruit and other healthy options.

Perfect hotel for a venture into the city. Comfortable and spotless. A great breakfast to start your day, bus right across the road to take you into the city easy to get on and off. Staff were extremely helpful and had bus schedules already. The whole experience was A+

Booked a room using the IHG points break, for my short visit to NYC. Bus stops to and from NYC were within 5 mins of walking distance from the hotel, which was awesome. The hotel was fully booked on the weekend I stayed, so the breakfast area was super crowded on the saturday morning. Other than that, everything else about the hotel was great -- room was spacious and clean and well air-conditioned.

Great hotel, excellent location, great shuttle service,
Breakfast is a great plus when traveling.
Staff were very good and anything you need just ask!
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Ask about there restaurant in the evenings they shuttle you to it is very nice as well

Overall it was an excellent stay for our family. The area feels very safe. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes drive from the Lincoln Tunnel, you could also choose to use public transportation to go to NYC. The room we stayed in was modern and recently updated. The hotel in general was very clean. All the staff we met were wonderful. The only complain I have is the big gap between the door and the floor so when someone is knocking on adjacent doors we could really hear it.
