Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay We didn't have a reservation when we arrived at Holiday Inn but we were greeted by polite and friendly staff who quickly booked us in for our 2 night stay. We found the room to be clean and tidy and it was serviced after our first night. All staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would be more than happy to recommend this hotel to travellers. 20 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent service and good location Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was from the word go satisfaction. The staff was accommodating in every aspect. I would certainly recommend this hotel, conveniently located at airport and metro station that will get you almost anywhere in Dubai. The shuttle bus that ran every half hour from airport to hotel and back was a tremendous blessing. Thank you Holiday Inns!! 20 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place for stop-over in Dubai I was staying in this hotel for 2 nights during my way back from vacation at Sri Lanka. Hotel is well situated, it's close to the Emirates metro station. Very good airport shuttle service so if you don't want to walk by feet to metro, you may just wait for the bus and be delivered directly to airport terminal 3. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially for relaxing sleep after the flight. Complimentary drinking water, kettle, tea/coffee, very good bedlinen. The blue light in bathroom is nice too. Sometimes it was too cold even with switched off A/C because of overall air temperature in hotel. And there was no outlet adapted for european type, but it's not a big deal. Hotel can provide later check-out if needed (maximum of 2 hours), a good option too. 18 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Warm hospitality and caring staff As stated during this survey, what I consider most important when staying at a hotel is the attitude and standartd of the staff of the hotel. Both Management as well as front-line staff have been exceedingly hospitable, pleasant, polite, caring and responded immediately for any request I had. One of my best experiences staying at a hotel and I do happen to stay regularly at hotels for my business requirements. THANK YOU ! 17 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Efficient airport transportation Only and biggest drawback is that smoking is permitted in the bar and lounge area. Most other hotels have no-smoking policies in the public areas, so I would expect the H.I. Express to eventually also follow this trend. 16 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for a stopover venue Considering that we arrived in the dead of night only for a stopover between long haul flights, we were welcomed and shown to our room quietly and efficiently. The room was very comfortable and well appointed and encouraged a great sleep before continuing our flight. We cannot speak for a long stay but definitely would recommend this hotel for a day or two stopover from our experience. 16 October 2014
