The fitness centre has a great view watching the multitude of planes at terminal 3. The breakfast was superior with plenty to offer, both Continental and mainstream. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by From a "4"star hotel to now a "1" star The location of the hotel to the Dubai airport makes it very attractive, only 5 minutes from the airport, however the feel of the hotel and its employees, was as if they are cutting cost, thereby reducing services offered to paying guest. I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times over the last 3 years, and I clearly feel and see the attitudes in the employees have changed, for the first time, there was a clear indication of more than 3 employees who appeared to be completely unhappy. The hotel vibes from employees this visit was very different, it didn't seem like the happy place it once was. Even the customer service skill levels seem much less than ever before, clearly different desk clerks than before, but with much less customer service skills, and less smiles.. Maybe the service levels before were exceptional, and they can’t afford it anymore. August 23, 2015
