Enjoyed the hotel very much. I wished they offered a hot tub inside as well; however, I did enjoy watching the sky while sitting in the pool too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. About a 20 minute drive from the strip so always something to do while staying here.

Nice, clean and modern hotel with quiet and comfortable rooms. Front desk staff was very polite, courteous and professional. Good value for the price and conveniently located just off 215. The restaurant/pub (same parking lot) has great food and there are several restaurants, stores and shops in the vicinity.

The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating. The Front Desk staff along with the GM had a positive and cheerful work environment. would recommend this place always.

Stayed there the night before a licensure test and was able sleep soundly in a quiet and clean room. Friendly staff and no problems encountered. Will stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

We liked it overall except the following: 1. When we came, the receptionist was free and start talking to us for few seconds. Then, a phone call came, she went in the middle of our conversation and started talking. She came back to us and started talking for few seconds. Another call came, she went again to talk over the phone. This repeated for 3-4 times. Even on a first come first serve basis, we should have been given importance but she prefers giving importance to any people calling over the phone. We even felt at one time, we should have called over the phone to do check-in (that much of delay). After all these, she said that the system is down and gave a key. Opening the door with that key was not working. We called her again and she opened the door with her own key and said that to come to reception next day to fix it as the system is down. Not a good Welcome experience. Other that that, it was OK.

I had a problem locating the property. My cell phone was about to run out of power. Franklin talked me thru the directions to his facility. Upon arrival before I checked in I asked if I could get a phone charger from the front desk. Franklin found a loaner phone cord that I could use to call my wife back home and let her know I arrived safely.
After I checked in Franklin watched my phone on the charger in the lobby while I unloaded my vehicle. I was able to get enough of a charge in the phone to use it while I drove to the local phone store to purchase a replacement charger.
All of this was done for me before he knew I was a Spire Elite member which I am confident would not have changed his dedication to customer service and his desire to help a traveler in need. Thank You IHG for the training and efforts you must go thru to find quality people like Franklin!
