Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Felt like they really cared My flight from the US was delayed and my luggage didn't arrive when I got to London. I arrived early and the woman at the front desk was so understanding that I was exhausted and frustrated about my luggage. She immediately got me a cup of tea and asked housekeeping to clean my room. That meant so much to me. I knew that check in was later in the afternoon and she didn't need to do that. The other front desk personnel always had a smile and were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the area was a nice location. Many restaurants and shops. I'll definitely stay here again. 17 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast included This hotel is very well located between the city and Heathrow airport. Common areas and rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Here are the not so cool things - Breakfast even thought abundant, was not of very good quality, eggs for example were liquid still when they were served, which tells me they were powdered eggs; yes I want to experience the culture but I don't want beans and soft sausages for breakfast - however, there was cereal and bread and cheese, and bananas, yoghurt - so all in all you can get your tummy full before heading out. The other thing is that my dirty dishes stayed in the room 3 days, but when I mentioned it to the manager, he apologized and made it a point to let me know before my departure that he had addressed the room issue as well as the breakfast issue, and gave me 1000 points for the trouble, I was not expecting the points but it was very nice of him, so I was very satisfied with his reaction. I recommend this hotel. 14 November 2014
