I have spent a year at the InterCon Residence Suites, Dubai and I consider the place to be the personification of excellence in all area from front of house through to the finest detail of service.This is quite simply the very best serviced apartments in Dubai -by a country mile.
I am a discerning and demanding customer and I expect nothing but the very,very best and these prestigious apartments deliver on a day by day basis with a service -minded attitude and a disposition towards delivering he very best at all times.
I have been hugely impressed and almost moved by he desire to deliver the very best.
I would recommend these serviced apartments unreservedly .They make the Inter Con brand burn bright and bring huge credit to the good name of fThe InterContinental brand.
I speak with the unique experience of living at the Residence for a year-perfection in all ways.Bravo!

The Intercontinental Residence Suites at Festival City in Dubai is an excellent hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and thorough. The room was beautifully appointed and housekeeping was excellent. The gym and pool facilities were beautifully maintained and of great quality. The location was also excellent for us and the view from our room across the creek to the Dubai skyline was beautiful. An delightful and memorable stay - we will return.

InterCon Festival City Residences Suites promises so much with a superb Creekside setting and its location next to Festival City.
Sadly, the promise is only occasionally delivered which is so disappointing and in some ways heart-breaking.The staff are in urgent need of constant supervision and training and the facilities need to be constantly ungraded.The Deli and restaurant are not what they should be and there are health and safety issues in the pool area.
This is a very expensive facility even by Dubai's uber- expensive standards but it is not always value for money.
The studios suffer from wafer- thin interconnecting doors and noise issues are frequent.At busy times of the year- e.g. Eid the whole place is packed and service levels fall dramatically.Sadly, the new TV system breaks down frequently and the room cleaning service is a hit or miss affair.
There are one or two superb staff members who hold the whole thing together.
I want to love this place so much- but this is a very difficult thing to do but I live in hope.

I had a great experience staying at this beautiful property. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I was a little disappointed with the pool area!

The only problem with this Hotel is the location which is not close to main roads but taxis can be arranged and there is a frequent shuttle service between the Hotel and the Festival city.
