Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful rooms and great service This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Boston on business. The rooms are all large and clean and excellent bathroom amenities are provided, including a bathtub with bath salts and scrubbers. The staff is very friendly and the location is very convenient for my purposes, and I imagine it would be a convenient location for most visiting Boston as it's right between downtown and the waterfront and is located close to public transit. 27 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel and 1st rate service The hotel is at a great location, right at the historical Boston Tea Party area and within walking distance of the City Centre. The service by all the staff was excellent.. from as soon as I stepped out of our Taxi and greeted by the door staff, right through to check out at the end of the stay. All the various staff made the stay so enjoyable. The quality of the hotel is excellent.. clean, comfortable, modern with plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. My only disappointment was my room didn't represent the one advertised online when I reserved. Therefore if you have a level of expectation based on the marketing photos, make sure you express your wishes at the time of booking. I reserved a King Deluxe room which I was excited about but the 360° Tour on the website misrepresented what I ended up having. I guess that's marketing for you. The room however was still pleasant and comfortable. 26 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Location was great and hotel staff was very hospitable upon arrival and departure. Room was very spacious and clean. Great TV quality and size. The mattress was a bit flat which caused some tossing and turning. Overall experience was great and I'd stay there again. 20 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Hotel and great amenities Arrived at the hotel and was instantly greeted by Valet Parking and Concierge. Staff was very friendly. Check-in was very quick. Be sure to sign up for a free membership if you do not already have one. Wi-fi is included for free with the membership. Hotel lobby is grand with many comfortable areas to relax. Great choice of restaurants if you choose to stay in. A bit pricey though. But to be expected at a luxury hotel I guess. Hotel room was probably the nicest and cleanest I have ever stayed in. Enjoyed the indoor pool and gym. Very nice locker room and the steam room was a plus. Overall very please with our stay and would definitely stay again. 19 March 2015
