Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by bathroom facility in room I had a good stay over for a wedding I was in town for. The room was very accommodating but the only problem I had was with the bathtub. The tub did not unclog after one use and fortunately I was the only one using the room. If there was another guest with me there would be a problem because I would have to call maintenance for this inconvenience. 15 April 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by disorganized chaos We had planned our wedding block at the intercontinental suites hotel, and let me say for the next person to think twice. The first problem was the fact that none of my guests rooms were ready to check into the day before my wedding even after 3pm, which is standard check in time. This led to multiple guests not being ready for the rehearsal. Second problem was the inattentive service staff. I had requested sheets and a pillow for the pullout bed, and it took 2 hours and me personally going to the front desk to ask for them again, before we got them. Lastly there is 0 communication between day staff and the night manager. This was expressed when trying to figure out a shuttle pickup service provided for my guests from the reception to the hotel. The night manager seemed like he did not know a clue what was going on 15 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fine experience, for a Holiday Inn This is a decent hotel. The staff were lovely, but the building itself, is just not as nice as I have come to expect from InterContinental. I expect a certain level of comfort/luxury at IC and this was just not it. A nice hotel, just not a great one. 13 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by outstanding place to stay The InterContinental was exceptional. The room was very comfortable and clean, the dining was very good with many options available. All staff was very helpful and courteous. Also, the shuttle service available made things very easy to get around. We will definitely be back! 10 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room Chose this hotel for the room configuration and the location even though it was more expensive than others in the area and it was worth it. Room was very comfortable, clean and bright. The oatmeal in the restaurant that morning was the best oatmeal I had in my weeks travels to various locations -thanks! 10 April 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, but average in other ways The suite space was the best part of the stay. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for 3 of us. But the heating/cooling unit was inefficient, and we were unable to cool the room enough to sleep comfortably, despite the fact that it was snowy outside. The wellness approach of the hotel was reflected negatively, to us, in the absence of any snacks or vending. I'd like the choice of a bag of chips, as a guest. 08 April 2015
