Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 295 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dining experience was par I had ordered pork tenderloin and it was "tuff" the manager did try to make it better by cooking up some extra loin pieces to take back to the room and that was honorable; but my dinner was already complete. My wifes meal was good and the waitress was excellent. I had a prior stay at the convention center location back in December into January and was completely dissatisfied with the cafe dining experience as the buffet food was luke warm at best. Food temperatures were cold and nothing was ever corrected about the entire visits there to eat. I think for a first class hotel food would be an utmost priority especially where temperatures are concerned. Hope no one gets sick eating their in the future! 04 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Restful room and good food. We were there pre-op and post-op for my brother's surgery. The suite was comfortable for three and then two as we remained another night when he was in the hospital. We rested well in the comfortable beds and the late evening meal in our room just hit the spot. When ordering the room service meal, the items available did not match the menu in the room. The staff read the list of flat bread options, and a decision was easily made. We appreciated the newspapers that were available. 03 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel employees were wonderful Rooms and food were over priced. If I had to stay there again - I would not eat in the dining room. I don't mind paying for good food - I do mind, however, paying for fish that you can't cut with a knife that should fall apart. Rooms were very clean and comfortable but the first night we were there it was very noisy - sounded like the hotel was having problems with the plumbing. 03 March 2015
