Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Summer Experience Always a great experience staying in the InterContinental Warsaw. One of the best Hotels, not only in Poland. Due to the ladies in the Club Lounge (especially Aleksandra) we felt again very well. A city hotel which is booked out during summer time must have an outstanding reputation. Thanks to the Management and the whole staff. September 1, 2015
August 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by this time a little bit of a let down we always enjoy this Hotel, but this time a few things was wrong. 1, may seen silly, But when you go to the Bar on the 1st floor order a Bloody Mary and than told sorry No worcestershire sauce or tabasco sauce, maybe i'm wrong but you need both as well for drinks & cooking. so I asked please make sure they had it for the next door. they Did.......but this is the fault of Head Barman who orders in.and one day the bar was closed till 5pm ? why this is a 5 Star Hotel 2, we booked three club rooms so was a partly of 6, our Son's and there girls friends. and one morning we wanted just 3 plates of eggs and three with omelettes, we was told the chief was busy and we had to wait. don't get me wrong we are in Club lounge so why the 35mins wait. than when it did come they forgot two people eggs than again 10m more min's. sorry to me this is so wrong and than to be told the chief is busy plus they did not have the staff................... Come on Warsaw. your is a great hotel. so what is going on!. anyway. we will stay again.........we do like this Hotel and staff are great. August 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by thank you Hello we spent 3 nights at Intercon. Warsaw and 1 night at Marriot. you are first league. you are the best with no doubts. thank you the only thing we think you have to change is the fact that at breakfast there was not enough fresh vegetables (like in Marriot). this point you must improve... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Luxury at its best! Another truly great and amazing stay at InterContinental Warsaw. A perfect central location and a great customer service experience. What else can you expect ? We shall definitely return there again and again, and again... August 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect location - great hotel Another delightful stay in what is the most dramatic looking and best positioned of Warsaw's top hotels. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable: if they are beginning to look just a little tired - I'll be kind and say that adds to the patina. Staff are universally kind and helpful. Those in the Club work their socks off looking after guests with patience and generosity. The only flaws in the stay were the reception desk, where a badly timed arrival meant a long queue. Two receptionist on duty at 12:30 might be on the mean side. The pool is a victim of its glorious position on the top floor. You really do need to phone ahead to find out if it's simply busy or it's human minestrone. August 27, 2015
