250.00 ‘cleaning fee/ pet fee ‘ will be charged to your card by the owners and the front desk Jessica weekday staff says she does not have to comply with ADA laws she follows hotel policy and would not allow me back into my room locked us out and we aren’t allowed back onto the property to rent every again….front desk Jessica says there’s a lot of homeless people that sleep behind the Walmart near by…two very bizarre terrible visits

Wasnt ready to be open

Breakfast consisted of only cold cereals. The towels were new but you could tell they had not been washed prior to being put into the rooms. I think they opened it prior to really being ready to accept guests so I do hope it gets better.

No service dogs welcome $250 pet fee

My 2 visits absolutely terrible and I shouldn’t have gone back the second time with Service animal 250.00 pet charge
Very unwelcoming very rude no consideration worse possible place to stay with service not one issue in 5 years on the road with her things are going backwards to be put on a do not rent to list after being charged. Jessica refused to check my room that I left in perfect condition and told me she could not enter it and it would be up to the housekeeper to decide if I got my fee back. What a scam and I’m pretty sure this is against the law! Nice clean rooms but I am a nice clean traveler and I clean up she refused to check. Nice place just terrible front desk clerk durning the day

Avid Hotel stay

Loved the location of the hotel and the fact that it was new. However, upon check in the room was somewhat dusty and the counters both in the room and bathroom were not cleaned well as it looked like it may not have been cleaned. Also, there were settings for toiletries in the bathroom, but they didn't have the supplies for them included. Instead, small toiletries were provided.

Small rooms but very clean and comfortable

I was able to stay at the property for 3 nights during the first week of opening. Unfortunately things were not completely ready at the hotel. Despite this the room was clean and staff were friendly. The room a with a king size bed is small .We were not able to get the screen mirroring to work on the TV as advertised. Overall I would stay again if some quirks are worked out.

Not ready for opening

I was the only person attempting to check in but they were not able to manage the process efficiently. The front desk clerk and manager were but unfriendly and not courteous. They insisted that no hotel will ever allow guests to check in before the posted check in time, which is clearly false and not true for other IHG hotels. The real issue is that this is a new hotel and still not ready for guests. There was not soap or shampoo in the dispensers and it seemed like the first time the room was being used. As far as the physical quality, everything is bright and clean as a new hotel. But the rooms are very small and much less comfortable than the Holiday Inn down the street. There is also no coffee maker or microwave in the room, which is another reason to stay at the Holiday Inn, which has both and also much friendlier staff.

This hotel is brand new and super clean. I checked in about 6:00PM and the receptionist was super helpful and very nice.
