One of my favorite locations I ever stayed at

THIS LONG READ IS WORTH IT!

This property checks ALL the boxes for a 5 Star stay. The ONLY ones I have enjoyed as much as this location is when I have stayed at Intercontinental properties.
The (front desk and housekeeping) staff provided WORLD CLASS Customer Service upon check in, during my stay, and check out. I hope that both Rebecca and Emily are recognized by the management team for their efforts.
The selection and abundance of the breakfast offered in the morning was the BEST I have ever seen at a Holiday Inn Express property! No comparison.
The rooms were clean and fully stocked. I really like the furniture design for storing clothes...SMART!

The best surprise is the weekly TRIVIA game that allows guests to earn 500 points for getting the right answer. I have NEVER seen this offered anywhere before...WOW! What a great/smart (and fun) idea.

The pool is heated and works well. It is on the smaller side and could use some more patio chairs. Also be aware of the hard plastic filter drain on the bottom of the pool in the deep end area. Ouch!...if not careful.

Also, I feel bad for the front desk staff, because the desk area is SO close to the front door, and you feel the cold gusts of air come in, every time someone enters or exits the property. Maybe offer HI Express or IHG cold weather apparel swag for the employees?

I will definitely return for another stay in the future. Thanks for the great experience and memories!!

The overall stay there was great and I think the front desk person made it even more enjoyable as she has a great sense of humor and was very accommodating. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was just the right temperature. We plan on staying there again in the future visit to that area.

Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast attendants were wonderful. The place is really clean and everyone was so friendly. We got the chance to visit with several people and families in the breakfast area over Christmas and had a lot of fun meeting them.
Trust me, i stay at a lot of hotels and travel a lot, this is definitely a place to go to, you will enjoy it here.

We enjoyed our five nights at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. We also enjoyed the pool. The breakfast serves various foods to meet everyone's tastes. The hot cinnamon rolls are great!

Loved this hotel! It’s fairly quiet, updated, clean, and comfortable. It was strange that “room service” was a front desk delivery from Denny’s though.

This was a Great overnight stay for my family, the staff was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great as well, with a great selection. Bed was a little firm for my liking but no other issues, will likely stay again in the future.

I'd like to thank the staff for being so kind and forgiving when I discovered that what I thought was my ID was actually an unsolicited credit card!
The room was spacious enough to be a studio apartment; And I appreciated the wifi working well!
The only reason I didn't give the hotel a five star was due to having nothing but cold water coming out of the bathroom sink.
Fortunately, there was hot water in the tub to take a shower which I did on my first night.
The warm cookies were also a nice touch; And yes! I snagged one on my return to my room on Friday Night after spending the day with another friend.

I’m a member of IHG and I reserve one night stay and it told me that I don’t need deposit and I actually never paid deposit to this hotels. They ask me $50 security deposit and I told them the app doesn’t tell me something about that and they came up with and excuse and I said find because I don’t have any place to stay since I’m traveling. 3 weeks pass I never received my money back yet. I called them telling me that they will create a case and review it. I wait it this long and I never experience this before. I don’t know if it’s because of this location or whatever so. Room is clean and nice. But auctioneer service in this hotel is not good.

Omg! Love our stay even for just one night.
The manager is so nice forgot her name she beautiful that’s all I remember and very accommodating. When we checked in the manager said that I was booked the day before ( omg) I said to her no I’m booked Sunday to Monday . She’s very nice and she said you can still check in as a walk in and we have room you and your family . And she said you can talk to our manager tomorrow morning so that you can get refunded for the booking mistake you did hahha. It was a smooth and very professional.
We settled and it’ll the room is clean . Breakfast food is yummy and fresh.
The manager in the morning refunded me for my other reservation the the before. The managers are amazing very nice .
We will come and stay again.
Thank you holiday inn.
