The availability of your 25% Off Best Flexible Rate discount is based on the paper certificate that is included in your membership kit.

Bagaimanakah cara mendapatkan kartu pengganti jika kartu keanggotaan saya hilang atau dicuri?

A: Please contact the IHG® Dining Rewards Service Centre on +86 21 2033 4818 or 400 830 1220 (mainland China toll free) to request another card. Your replacement card will take approximately 4 weeks to arrive. In the meantime, if you still have your IHG® Rewards Club membership card or your temporary IHG® Dining Rewards membership card, you can temporarily use that card in order to continue enjoying your IHG® Dining Rewards benefits.

Bisakah manfaat-manfaat saya dialihkan ke orang lain, misalnya suami/istri atau anggota keluarga lainnya?

A: Unfortunately, no. Your benefits and membership card are both individual and not transferable. Members can only use the room benefits for their personal room and must be present in order to receive their dining benefits. However, you are welcome to bring up to 15 guests with you to enjoy your dining benefits.

A: To book your free night benefit, please log onto www.ihg.com/diningrewards, go to the “My Account” section, and click on “Free Night Status”. You can also contact the IHG®Dining Rewards Service Centre on +86 21 2033 4818 or 400 830 1220 (China toll free). Your free night is redeemable for a standard room (including tax) at any IHG hotel property globally.

DINING BENEFITS

Di mana dan kapankah manfaat bersantap bisa digunakan?

A: Your dining benefits are available for use in almost all restaurants and bars in participating hotels. However, there are a few restaurants and bars, including those not owned and managed by the hotels, that do not offer the dining benefits. Also, the 25% off dining & beverage discount may not be available at some participating hotels during specified public holidays. Please visit www.ihg.com/diningrewards for the most up to date information on participating restaurants and what public holidays are excluded.

Bagaimanakah cara menukar voucer el (e-voucher) bersantap?

A: Your dining e-voucher is automatically pre-loaded onto your membership card when you join. To use your e-voucher, simply present your card in the participating restaurant or bar when you request the bill and tell your server that you would like to redeem your e-voucher.

I’m not a member of IHG® Rewards Club – can I join IHG® Dining Rewards?

A: Yes, absolutely. A non-IHG® Rewards Club member who purchases the programme will automatically be enrolled in IHG® Rewards Club and will be instantly upgraded to Gold Elite status.

How does my IHG® Rewards Club status upgrade work?

A: When you join IHG® Dining Rewards you will automatically receive a one-level status upgrade in IHG® Rewards Club. Please note, Spire Elite is excluded. If you are currently a Club member, you would be automatically upgraded to Gold Elite; and if you are already a Gold Elite member, you will be instantly upgraded to Platinum Elite. A non-IHG® Rewards Club member who joins IHG® Dining Rewards will automatically be enrolled in IHG® Rewards Club and be upgraded to Gold Elite. Do I receive a separate IHG® Rewards Club card?

A: No, your new card will be for both IHG® Dining Rewards & IHG® Rewards Club. It is a joint membership card, which enables you to enjoy all the benefits of both programmes, including earning points for your stays at over 4,600 IHG hotels worldwide.

Can I earn IHG® Rewards Club points for the money I spend on food & beverage when dining at a participating hotel restaurant?

A: Yes, in some cases. If you are staying in a participating IHG hotel and charge your bill to your room, you will typically be eligible to earn points on your dining purchase. However, if you are not staying at the hotel or if you choose to pay your bill directly in the restaurant, you would not earn points.
