ANA Mileage Club Members Room Reservations
Reservations can be made by calling the IHG Reservation Center at 03-4218-2397 (Business hours: 9:00–20:00, closed on Sundays and New Year’s Day), online via the hotel list below, or by contacting the hotels directly.
ANA Mileage Club Members, ANA Bronze Service Members, ANA Platinum Service Members, and eligible ANA Card Members can make reservations from this page.

When making a reservation by phone, please inform us that you are an ANA Mileage Club member.
Please present your ANA Mileage Club membership card at check-in.
If you cannot present your membership card, the best flexible rate available on the day of your stay will apply.
By using the ANA Mileage Club member preferential rate, you can also enjoy benefits from the hotel’s membership program, IHG One Rewards, as well as the InterContinental Ambassador program at InterContinental Hotels.
The ANA Mileage Club member preferential rate is eligible for earning points in IHG One Rewards or ANA miles.
To earn ANA miles, please enroll in IHG One Rewards and designate the ANA Mileage Program as your preferred mileage partner.
The number of points or miles awarded varies depending on the hotel.
