Don’t forget your key if you’re dark skinned otherwise you’ll be arrested and kicked out of the hotel by force.

Stayed overnight in the corner club suite while attending awards dinner.The room is very spacious although the club lounge on the 15th floor is small with limited choice..Service from the staff was excellent at all times

These beds are SMALL.
Do not admit you are a IHG rewards member, you get fewer benefits than if they can have your email address.

Returned here for annual conference Nov 2019. Had a room on 6th floor - well appointed and comfortable. Good lighting for tasks/reading/work as well as ambience. spacious bathroom and toiletries provided. comfortable bed and pillows although only noticed on 2nd night that bed firmer than at home. Breakfast choice good although porridge could be improved. Service in bar friendly. Friendly welcoming check in and check out service with concierge operating left luggage area.

Room excellent as was the breakfast. Not a great choice of draught beer but plenty of everything else. There could be a bit more choice on food menu but food available was of good quality.
I would stay again at this hotel.
They could offer free parking to guests which was my only moan

My visit was very good overall. Although the good was good I was disappointed in the choices for dinner.

Another faultless stay, being a regular at this hotel i have often only provided feedback when there had been sonething wrong but this stay along with most was 10/10.
The Staff nake this hotel and are always so friendly and helpful and go the extra mile toensure you enjoy every aspect from check in to breakfast to dinner & check out.
Special thank you to the restaurant staff for 4 nights of great food (shame the Buffet has been removed Mon - Fri though)

A beautiful thoughtful gesture of a bottle of wine with a box of chocolates but best of all a card wishing us a Happy 25th Wedding Anniversary from all the staff.
To top it off they made up the Bed with two beautiful swan towels and floating flowers topped with tunnocks tea cakes.

Can’t fault this hotel at all. Every time I have stayed here it has been excellent. Highly recommend
