Overall the experience was good, I enjoyed my stay. Staff was accommodating and flexible for certain discrepancies. Only two things caught my eye or my nerve; the wine glasses in my suite were dusty (environmentally this is not a bad practice to leave glasses that have not been used, however one cannot be sure and I believe it is not sanitary to not have fresh things in a new room.) We were given breakfast tickets with the room and attended the dining hall for breakfast seeing as the private lounge was not in service. We ordered and wanted to take our leftovers home but could not seeing as it was a buffet, unbeknownst to us. We only had one plate and were ready to leave and the waitress, knowing we didn’t have multiple plates because the restaurant had only one other table besides us, and she personally served us our plates, also she only told us it was a buffet when we asked for a container at the end, she did not let us take it home. This irritated me a little. For the money I spent for only 3 waking hours in your hotel I didn’t expect the server to be so detached from the situation to deny us our leftovers the little things do make a difference.

I must admit that in any other circumstance it is reasonable to not let people take food home on a buffet menu..
