Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and atmosphere but very poor service Staffs are too fresh and inexperience. They did not greet me as a gold ambassador member upon my arrival. She has not upgraded my room type. She told me that I need tp buy my breakfast, though I should be entitled to free breakfast. Though the club lounge is open in daytime, it offers nothing but only 2 hours afternoon tea. I cannot check out at the lounge too! I wonder what I have got more when I book a club level room in this hotel. The afternoon tea is a mess! 01 February 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 体验不错 通过公司助理预定了这家酒店,由于是江宁新开,并且我是第一次入住,的士司机不太清楚具体位置,电话咨询南京同事之后司机方才清楚。酒店设施很新,由于时间有限,没有体验游泳池及健身房,这比较遗憾。另外酒店早餐很好,品种丰富。前台叫出租车的服务也很不错。 12 December 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 不错的新酒店 第一次住江宁这家新开的酒店。大堂很气派,水晶灯很漂亮。客房很大,风景很好,能看到百家湖。浴室很棒宽敞,最主要是水压很足,洗澡很舒服。其他方面都是皇冠一样的标准吧。早餐也不错。以后会继续住这儿。 05 December 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 最差的酒店体验 Check in的问题:前台工作人员忙于手头的事情,直接把客户赶至其他同事处排队等候,等她手头的事情忙完后,再接待客户。前台人员的英文有欠缺,遇见外国客户,也只能等其他同事来救驾。 客房清洁问题:马桶圈上的点点黄渍,水龙头上的厚厚的白花花的一层水渍,大块玻璃上的大片花斑,不能让人相信这是才开业的一个新酒店。 客房服务问题:作为优悦会的欢迎水果,第一次看到竟然是5个苹果,向酒店提出更改的需求,酒店直接拒绝。 游泳池的问题:游泳池在晚上9点就关闭,造成住客无法运动。 酒店的服务态度:本人在check out后的第二天晚上发现,有可能将东西遗漏在该酒店,于是在晚上9点多联系酒店,总机姑娘当时答应马上让同事去帮忙查看,并会在当天告诉我查看结果。过了半小时我又打电话过去询问,总机姑娘告诉我还在查库房。等10点多我再打电话询问时,总机已经下班,而她也并未和同事交接该事宜。于是我又重复了我的需求,并投诉至大堂经理处。结果气人的是,大堂经理听了我对于该次入住的各项不满时,大堂经理只有类似“哦,知道了。”这样的回复。对于我寻找东西的要求,大堂经理回复说,第二天会给答复。可是又过了3天,我没有接到来自该酒店的任何电话。 总之,该酒店是我所遇到的最差的酒店,虽然外表很富丽堂皇,但是酒店内部存在很多问题,而且酒店的工作人员普遍没有服务意识,不推荐大家入住该酒店。 18 November 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 服务态度很好,服务员很少 新开的酒店,服务员特别少,打了几次客房服务都没有人及时接电话,曾经嘱咐好要打扫房间,并没有为我打扫,也听不懂什么是开夜床,缺乏专业素养,但是服务态度很好,道歉很诚恳,做的回应也很迅速,我觉得这家酒店进步空间还是很大的 06 November 2013
