Rooms are very outdated, walls are thin and I had to wear earplugs to avoid hearing sounds in the neighboring room.

Had a great time visiting the hotel. Lobby is really nice and the bar restaurant design is really cool. The water feature in the main lobby is very relaxing, really enjoyed that.
Comfortable bed and allowing me to select the room.

I ask for a room that had not been used in a few days, she was accomodating. The reasturaunt is great.

This used to be our favorite place to stay when needing to stay close to the airport. No longer. The carpet was dirty. Many dead flies. A broken tile in the bathroom wall. Keurig was filthy and then we discovered it didn't even work. Light up mirror in the bathroom didn't work. Packing tape was wrapped around the smoke detector. Two beds but one chair and one night stand. No luggage stand. We told the front desk but they seemed less than concerned.

My only problem with the service is that when I called to book a room the price was $60 more than what I saw it online for. I doubt that was the person's fault so I'm not really blaming her, but just odd. Staff was otherwise good. Bed was very uncomfortable, but if you like stiff, firm mattresses you may like this bed. There was a tile in the bathroom that was loose. I could literally pull it up. No garbage bin in the bathroom which grosses me out because who knows what was dropped on the floor on the way to throw something away in the actually room. The jacuzzi part of the suite was super nice.

The hotel was clean, check in was a little difficult as I had to call from my cell phone to get someone to check me in. Everything worked, parking is a half block walk from the hotel. This is a large industrial type hotel with a large parking garage, that's why the walk, it's attached.

Everything from check in to check out was very nice. Clean comfortable room and bed. We were only one night, but it was just fine. The bar was very nice.

Under the current condition, Crowne Plaza MSP are during a fine job in practicing CDC recommendations.
