The Europa Room is our dining area for our Conference attendees, offering diners majestic views of Plymouth Creek. Europa features several food service stations w/extensive choices served efficiently allowing guests to enjoy the comfortable surroundings.

Located on our newly remodeled upper level of meeting space, Studio 16 offers an elegant meeting space. Designed as a non-traditional ideation room to drive a meeting forward, challenge perceptions, and inspire collaboration.

The Fireside Lounge features a cozy fireplace and comfortable casual seating. It is located just off the main lobby. It is a wonderful space for casual meet and greet events. It may be reserved for semi-private events.

Kiosk is pre-function space. We offer our conference continental breakfast, and breaks in this space. This is great exhibit and reception space. Kiosk features abundant natural light, warm inviting brick and copper accents, and high ceilings.

The Plymouth Room is a private room attached to the Scandinavian Ballroom. It can be used independently or as an office, break-out, or break area for a larger group in the Ballroom. It features a wall of windows and brick accents.

Conveniently located next to the hotel lobby. Recently renovated space with high ceilings, chandeliers, multiple lighting options for both banquet and business functions, and state-of-the-art projection capabilities.

The Scandinavian Ballroom can be partitioned into several different configurations. It has wonderful pre-function space directly outside the room and direct access to the outdoors, making it our most popular space for large banquets or vendor fairs.
