My favourite hotel in Nairobi

Yet another visit to this property, and it again either met or exceeded all my expectations. As is usual, the shuttle was on time and swiftly took me to the hotel. I was thankful for the upgrade [Mais] to a Junior Suite. This is my favourite room type in the hotel - it has a sense of peace and calm. Unsure why this is - perhaps it's the decor - but I felt very relaxed the entire time in this room. Sleep quality was excellent and the next morning I woke feeling most refreshed. My stay coincided with a very important video call - and the Internet was strong and didn't drop out at all - excellent! The only issue with the room was the fridge - it was not working properly. However, James replaced the fridge in a short time - thank you! On a previous visit five months earlier, I was a little disappointed with the breakfast buffet. It didn't have the variety or quality I was looking for. However, on this visit, breakfast had greatly improved. The quality of the food and the variety of eating options was much better than previously. Credit must go to the staff who made these improvements. Finally, it was time to leave. Issac K drove me to the airport in the shuttle and he provided a friendly and cheerful departure from my favourite hotel in Nairobi. Look forward to returning for another stay soon! [Menos]

Crowne Plaza in Nairobi is one of the best hotels I've stayed at with both convenience and excellent services from everybody at this great property. Diana from the Front Desk went above and beyond to [Mais] ensure our stay is memorable and ordered additional lights for the room as I was going to be having business meetings during my stay. Gladys from the Concierge worked with us and booked unforgettable tours for us with excellent recommendations. And Robinson, the assigned driver was so kind to ensure that he explained all great spots in Nairobi to us. We were very lucky to stay at this Crowne Plaza, even though we had many other choices in Nairobi. One group that is hard not to mention here is the Restaurant personnel. They are so service oriented folks and ensure we have all we needed, including making special meal and drink they believe we will like. Kudos to you all. I am so glad we stay at your property in Nairobi. I will STRONGLY recommend anybody to stay at this Property when visiting or vacationing in Nairobi, Kenya and please don't forget to have lunch at Karen Blixen place - Recommended by Robinson from Crowne Plaza. You all made our vacationing in Kenya a GREAT decision and yes, we really enjoyed it. Thanks for a GREAT service. I know we will be back. [Menos]

Excellent Hotel

We arrived in Nairobi late from London. When we got through immigration and picked up our luggage, it was nice to see a Crowne Plaza representative waiting for us outside the airport. As soon as [Mais] we arrived at reception, we were greeted with warmth and assurance by the reception manager and staff. We rested extremely well and were greeted with an extensive vegetarian breakfast in the morning. Thank you for your excellent service. [Menos]
