Great Location but ...

This was my second stay at this hotel. It's very well located, close to the centre and to many great restaurants and stores. My room was beautiful: lots of space and a great view. The breakfast is [更多] OK but surprisingly mediocre in the pastry department in a city renown for its pastries. Likewise, the coffee was less than great. A Nespresso machine makes better coffee. At the reception, one is offered Mozart Kugels (the chocolates with a Mozart effigy). Yet, fennel tea and not chocolates is left on the pillow. How austere! During an 8 night stay, the room was not vacuumed twice! Otherwise, the rest of the room cleaning was well done. The bed is OK but not as good as most Intercontinental hotels. New more comfortable mattresses should be considered. Nonetheless, I like this hotel and will return. [更少]

This opulent hotel is everything I was expecting from a luxury hotel: delicious food, impeccable service, perfect location and stunning rooms. It captures old school glamour at its finest with [更多] magnificent chandeliers and impressive wood panelled walls. Encountered outstanding service the staff really go out of their way to make you feel warmly welcome. Our room was a spacious bright corner room large windows stunning views, immaculately clean, luxurious bed so comfortable. Loved the bathroom amenities a big fan of Byredo products. Enjoyed fabulous views of Vienna from the Club InterContinental. Club Lounge benefits were excellent, treated wonderfully, exceptional food and drinks. A lovely start to the morning was with an indulgent Austrian Champagne Breakfast a special treat. Quality breakfast with a huge variety, great premium coffee, excellent attentive service we were well looked after. This hotel is beautiful a very memorable birthday stay. Thanks. [更少]
