The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Combining the lobby with an open restaurant and bar concept was really cool. Parking was possible on the street for free over the [更多] weekend and there was a garage in the same building that could be used for a fee. Train Station was only a couple of minutes away by accessing it from the back which made the higher numbered platforms very close. The surrounding area is very clean, walkable, and has restaurants etc.. [更少]

I enjoy staying here because the staff are friendly people. They speak English and they are always professional in communication and appearance. Freddy checked me in on my 1st stay in May and [更多] again on my 2nd 27-night stay in July, I have to share how impressed I was when I walked up to him in July - he greeted me by my name and had already printed the form I had to sign! Impressive! Sankar, Alf, Jenny, Felicia are top tier hotel staff as well as everyone else - all of them were super nice at all times and for this I recommend the Holiday inn Kaiserslautern.
