Room was competitively priced, and every aspect of my stay went beyond expectation. During check-in, the front desk pre-actively asked if we need any extra in room amenities which saved an [更多] additional phone call/trip down. Room upgrade was provided to a beautiful room overlooking the park. Room was big, bed and pillows were really comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was fantastic. Breakfast also blew us away compared to the typical Holiday Inn Express fare. There was a huge selection, and even a live cooking noodles station The only down side was the building layout where going from the car park to room needed going through the lobby through 2 separate lifts. Would stay again any time I'm back in Taichung. Highly enjoyable stay. [更少]
Friendly staff but too small gym

The reason for staying in this hotel second time is the friendly staff, great free breakfast & location! However, the gym is extremely small with no free weights, no water and no sanitizer. The [更多] room is comfortable but last time wasn't cleaning well with some grease, coffee/tea marks on the counters. Photocopying passport shouldn't be necessary for privacy reason. Overall, will stay there again and hope it will be improved. [更少]
