Our largest event space, Solaris offers 2,320 sq. ft. for conferences, general sessions, and large group gatherings. It divides into Solaris A and Solaris B when your program calls for smaller, simultaneous breakout configurations.

Horizon is a versatile 1,040 sq. ft. room covering a wide range of orlando event space needs, from presentations and training days to smaller receptions. It divides into Horizon A and Horizon B when your program calls for simultaneous breakout areas.

Horizon A is the larger of the two Horizon configurations at 755 sq. ft., and it works well as a focused, professional setting for board meetings, intimate training sessions, and working groups that need a dedicated room with minimal distraction.

Horizon B is a compact 280 sq. ft. room that works well for small team meetings, one-on-ones, and private working sessions. Groups that need a focused, professional space without committing to a larger room will find it does the job well.

Citrus is a 540 sq. ft. meeting room with enough flexibility to handle breakout sessions, committee meetings, and small group trainings comfortably. When a mid-size group needs a dedicated, no-fuss place to focus, it delivers.

Solaris A is the west half of the Solaris ballroom, offering 1,155 sq ft for mid-size training sessions, breakout formats, and smaller conferences. It runs independently or alongside Solaris B for a coordinated multi-room setup.

Solaris B is the east half of the Solaris ballroom at 1,155 sq ft, and works equally well as a standalone breakout room or paired with Solaris A for a larger combined setup — a strong fit for groups that need dedicated space without a full ballroom.
