The hotel is conveniently located in front of Tram Line 2.
The front desk gave clear and easy-to-understand instructions.
I was a little confused because the elevators were in different locations depending on the room.
The rooms have a unique atmosphere and are recommended for young people.
As is common in Europe, there are no refrigerators in the rooms.
I visited during the hot season, so the air conditioning was a welcome relief.

Excellent for a short - or long-term stay - accessible to where I needed to be with a tram on the door step. Staff made me feel welcome, and were very helpful. I loved the cosiness of my room - temperature gauge and shower were easy to use. (Do check duvets/a sturdy fold up (cause of space) chair would have been nice for back support - I don't like sitting on beds)

Not recommended at all..

The room we were given was on the 7th floor.
Adjacent is a rail line. Every 20-15 mins train passed over points. We had a night of sleep deprivation. The staff provided an alternative room for the two further nights.
It is in my opinion a design fault of this hotel there will be further complaints leaving the hotel staff to deal with frustrated customers. This is not an ideal situation.
I ask Ihg to review this hotel and consider removing it from the listing.

Anna was Great/Hotel Above Average

Stayed here back in April. Missed our first night due to train scheduling, and had problems with our reservation and pricing upon showing up the next day, but Anna at the front desk got things sorted out. She was great and can't give her enough praise. Room was a bit small, and did not get upgrade for being IHG member, but Anna made up for it. Breakfast is good; fresh with variety.

Ruhige Lage, Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. Das offene Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider war in unserem Zimmer kein Tisch, sodass mein Mann mit dem Laptop nicht gut arbeiten konnte.
Teppich war sauber, aber eigentlich sollte darauf in Hotels wegen Allergikern (z.b. ich) verzichtet werden. Grundsätzlich gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Frühstück hatten wir nicht.

Während meines Aufenthalts gab es einige Punkte, die leider nicht zufriedenstellend waren:

Beide Aufzüge waren zwar funktionsfähig, jedoch rochen sie stark nach Urin. Das war sehr unangenehm und hat den ersten Eindruck negativ beeinflusst.
In der Nacht hat sich die Klimaanlage unerwartet eingeschaltet. Es wurde so kalt, dass ich fror. Nachdem ich sie ausgeschaltet hatte, wurde es so warm, dass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Die Bettdecke war zudem sehr dick, was das Unbehagen verstärkte.

Beim Check-in konnte der Mitarbeiter meine in der IHG-Plattform eingegebenen Adressdaten nicht finden. Die Korrektur verlief jedoch problemlos.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück sowie die Garage – beides war sehr gut.

Ich hoffe, meine Rückmeldung hilft Ihnen, den Service weiter zu verbessern.

Was good stay good service staff is very friendly and helpful the location was good close to the tram easy to go in town love it and they have a good bar too the parking is easy to use and the room are confortable
