The meat is certified and fairly produced, guaranteed to come from species-appropriate production, with lots of space for the animals, hay in the boxes and pasture feeding. The sauces are made in-house. And the toppings give you an idea of just how dedicated the crew is.

Go on over and take a look for yourself, visit the enchanting quarter at the outskirts of the historic district. GoHo is worth a visit, for sure.
