We stayed at Holiday Inn Queenstown and we had an amzing 3-night stay in the hotel. Very good service and value for money

One of the best accommodations I have stayed in and I’ve traveled the world. The staff are beyond friendly and welcoming. They are so professional and helpful. The food was amazing! It was fresh, tasty and served with smiles. I cannot recommend this place enough. Without a doubt when I return to Queenstown I will be booking a room here again. Not to mention great quality and service for how much you pay. Worth every dollar. Thank you for making our getaway amazing!

We grabbed a deal to stay 3 nights for less than 500. While it's good value, the hotel is clearly run down and you could hear People talking inside the room (they don't seem to be yelling, just talking in general). The room is also pretty run down. Overall good price, good service but it's not like a 4 star hotel

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the holiday inn. The price was great and included breakfast but the experience was similar to a more expensive hotel. Staff were very friendly and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Thank you Holiday Inn for making my husband and I’s honeymoon stay absolutely perfect. I cannot thank your lovely staff enough for their kindness and hospitality. The food we had there was amazing, views breathtaking and rooms had the perfect comfort and amenities. Thank you again for an amazing honeymoon in beautiful Queenstown.

Everything was great except the air conditioner and heating system as it didn't work due to load, most of the days we stayed and this kind of power saving shouldn't be happening in a 4 star hotel. We were given an alternative portable heater but again that's not the solution.
Breakfast had lots of options and was really good along with the friendly staff.

Nice location, disappointing breakfast, the bedsheet was not very clean on the first day ,and was itching whole night. Had to tell the room service team to change the bed sheet and they did it and on 2nd day onwards had a nice sleep.

Comfortable with nice views. The staff were excellent. This is a great place to stay for business, but I wouldn't return here if I was on holiday. The layout of the hotel is awkward and the private spas are basically a box room with a bath and very claustrophobic.
The restaurant was very nice, but the staff need to better informed about the menu....eg what is hot and spicy etc. I had a salad that had a super spicy dressing. A lot of the food seemed to be centered toward an Indian flavour.
