Convenient Location

The purpose of my travel was business related. The hotel was conveniently located from the work location at only 15 minutes travel time. Additionally, the location was surrounded by all the main eateries at no more than 10 to 15 minutes travel time even in heavy traffic. So, travel time both to work location and eateries were of importance to me and it was met by the hotel location.

Nice rooms and excellent staff

We decided to stay last minute in Nashville. The rooms were nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was very courteous to us during our stay at both check in and when we visited the market to purchase a beverage. We had a great conversation with the night auditor, after telling him my daughter worked at the Holiday Inn in Knoxville. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when we come back to visit.

Super noisy with loud stomping and banging from guests, cleaning ladies outside the room and in the hall constantly banging things and slamming doors, motorcycle gangs hung outside the hotel the whole weekend blasting music and revving their engines late at night. Not enjoyable at all

My mom is 75 and raved about how clean the base boards had been cleaned. This was one of the best IHG locations we ever stayed at. The customer service was great, the hotel was clean and the accomadations were top notch! will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was genuine and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. It is located within 20 minutes of Broadway and 30 minutes of the racetrack. Easy in and easy out.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice. The shower head is a great massager. I love the dove soap that's is provided for use. A great hotel and the staff are extremely professional.

We stay at this hotel 1-2 times a year visiting family. In general the hotel was clean but it is time for an update. Carpets are worn and dirty, wall paper is peeling, just generally tired and worn. My main complaint was the breakfast. One morning there was absolutely no milk for cereal or to drink and no staff was seen. The offering was sparse, eggs were nasty and sausage seemed undercooked. Holiday Inn express has always been our go to when traveling, but that is changing.
