Gatineau Park, just minutes from downtown Ottawa and our hotel, offers over 361 square kilometers of outdoor beauty and adventure. Enjoy hiking, biking, and skiing on the park’s extensive trail system, or relax at one of its many picturesque lakes and lookouts. Popular sites include Pink Lake, Champlain Lookout, and Mackenzie King Estate.

Xtreme Trampoline is dedicated to delivering an awesome experience for the whole family. They offer an open jump court, two dodgeball courts, and a trampoline arena with three Slam Jam basketball nets. For more advanced jumpers, a trampoline cage ball is there with a gigantic airbag. The Central Experimental Farm is living history, an example of a 19th century landscape that remains accessible to the general public. The Farm was designated a National Historic Site in 1998. The Farm is open to the public throughout the year, although the most popular seasons are late spring, summer and early fall. The Central Experimental Farm is home to the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum. The Arboretum, ornamental and Fletcher wildlife gardens are warm season only sites.

The exhibition explores the diversity of organisms that glow and how they do it.

Formerly known as Museum of Civilizations, the Museum of History holds many exhibitions, interactive programs for children and adults, activities in its children's museum section, educational sessions for researchers and collectors, and much more. Canada’s Titanic–The Empress of Ireland, a current grand exhibition, reveals the story of two ships collided in May of 1914 in the St. Lawrence River. The on-site IMAX Theater showcases To The Arctic, an extraordinary journey to the top of the world.

Throughout the year, you can let your dog run free at the Bruce Pit, part of NCC's Greenbelt. In the winter season, Bruce Pit also offers excellent tobogganing hills.

Home of the Ottawa Senators NHL team, the Canadian Tire Centre is Ottawa's premier sports and entertainment venue.
