I was extremely impressed with your Hotel. I have stayed in Shilo Inn and a few others in Tacoma Wa area and I felt like Hey I guess it is what it is but you guys I walked in and right away my first comment was Oh my goodness it smells wonderful in here. The cleanliness of the entire building was spectacular. Choice of food was probably the best I have ever had in a Hotel. I felt very safe the parking lot was small and I could see my car from my window. It did not smell like cigarettes at all. I always do a bed check and Thank you for being so clean!! The shower and soaps were on point as well. Thank you for everything I will for sure be back.

The front desk girls that checked me in were very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. The beds were fantastic. Definitely would stay here again.

My only complaint about this hotel is the parking lot isn't the easiest to get out of if you are not turning right. It is almost at the intersection so you have to time your exit just right.
Other than that, exactly what I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express; a comfortable bed, good breakfast and friendly employees.

I've used this hotel several times over the last few years without incident. The beds are always clean and comfortable, and rooms clean.
Very noisy.. Doors slamming all night.. Guests running up and down halls yelling all night. Heavy pot smell everywhere. Nothing done about any of it. Shade was broken in room had to have it fixed. Bathroom door sticks and was very loud to close. Was just an overall horrible experience. Pool was freezing.. Hot tub water was brown.. Ugh.. Don't bother.
