Quarantine stay

Great Place

Good place to stay. Near to NAIA terminal 3. The food is average for a filipino cuisine. The breakfast is not consistently ok, you might be surprise on the next days taste. Hotel food delivery is not really 30-40mins as per promised. Front desk are excellent, accommodates the costumer needs.

Check in and stay

After checking in found first room with bad odor had to change rooms immediately. I had to call IHG to get this issue rectified. My replacement room was not what was booked. Since this was a room for quarantine the menu was poor. While the staff was helpful the rest of the stay was less than adequate. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided, I had stayed at this property before, but my last stay will make me question staying again.

Worse place to quarantine

Not enough staff. Not consistent with procedures. Food was too oily and very Poor quality. No one helps you bring luggages to your room or take it down for check out. I was literally told to go down and get the trolley myself. I was asked to wait to be called to know how to proceed with checkout. After more than an hour wait, no call received. Found out there was a new person at the counter and previous one did not transfer messages. I was in a different quarantine facility in January and this place pales in comparison with service, food and professionalism of staff. I was not even recognize as an IHG member.

German Cockroaches

Stayed overnight . 3 german cockroaches were sighted . One in the office table, another in the floor and the other in the washsink.

Overall Impression

This property continuously used the "Pandemic" as an excuse not to perform to the standards experienced through the years of stays in Holiday Inn properties. The only exceptional service noted was the Bell service in delivery and pick up of luggage. Apart from that will never visit this property again for any reason.

Hotel stay during Coronavirus pandemic

I had the privilege of staying at this hotel during the pandemic. The staff are great at keeping the guests safe during this time especially the security personnel. I would gladly recommend this IHG property. The hotel is close to NAIA and I was provided the shuttle service during this time.
