A caveat: an employee told me this hotel is due to undergo renovation later this year. IMO, it needs to be sooner than later!
We were in Room 217. First problem was the pressure toilet. If it hasn't been pressurized in the last 12 hours, it won't flush properly. I brought this to the attention of the front desk (thinking it was a flushing problem) and they sent someone up immediately. The maintenance man explained the problem.
There was a constant leak from the shower faucet and the pressure was not good (probably why they have pressure toilets!)
The bedside plugs nearest the window were loose and my charger couldn't keep a charge unless I kept it pushed in solidly with the telephone. USB ports were broken.
There's a large seam in the middle of the ceiling that looks to be separating.
The elevator was out of order Sundqy night, but fixed Monday morning.
Manager on duty Chris was very attentive to my concerns and gave me extra points to make up for the troubles
Breakfast lady Irene is a gem! So friendly and making sure we had all we needed.
We will stay here again as it is the most convenient hotel when we stay in Olean, but it sure needs some repairs!

As a traveling Nurse I love how accommodating the staff is especially the general manager. Always greeted by name and welcomed. Will highly recommend whenever your visiting Olean, NY

Me and my mother stay at this hotel at least once a year. It's a treat that we look forward to for some much needed us time. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast has a large variety to choose from. It's in a good location where we can just get out, have lunch or just find something to do. However the thing that really makes this hotel shine is the staff. In my experience every single staff member is so kind and helpful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff work so hard and are so polite. I would really like to thank Two members in particular Jesse and David. My Mother is disabled and the room i book wasn't one where she could be comfortable. I went to the front desk and Jesse made it right for us. She moved us to a room where my mother was safe, comfortable and happy. She got my mother extra blankets and pillows when my mother got to cold. I can't ever thank her enough. David, he's so kind as well. He went above an beyond to make sure my mother was safe and happy on our stay, and he remembers us every single time we visit. Them and the staff over all are the reason we keep coming back to this hotel. We wouldn't want to pick anywhere else to stay. From me and my Family thank you so much for the kindness that you have shown on our stay.

Hotel is nice people are awesome.
Who decided to get rid of the majority of parking and put in all of the electric charging stations? The only places to part are out back or on the side with no entry door, really bad decision. I did not see any charging station being used but a lot of people were commenting about the parking.

This was a small over night stay with the grand children so they could swim watch movies have snacks and spend time with me - would highly recommend

Overall a great night stay for business. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. The pool is clean and nice to swim in.
