Spacious and clean with controllable A/C. The bathroom and shower were clean and worked efficiently. We were also easily able to get more towels and toilet paper. The TV and microwave were also a great plus.

Too expensive

I booked 2 rooms with each room having a king bed and I checked into my room with 2 queen beds. Called front desk and they said sorry we gave it to someone else even though I prepaid days in advance. Then they charged $250 per room for incidentals. The pool area was disgusting towels and beer cans and trash everywhere. Shower wouldn’t drain all the way, A/C didn’t hardly work. For what I paid and what I got, I would never stay here again.

First the good; this hotel has terrific breakfast selections. The not so good ... preferences are not always honored even for long term guests. The other ... rooms are a little run down and no matter how many times that you report items that need to be repaired, they do not get repaired.

Comfortable Room for a great price

Our stay at the hotel was great. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel, the bed was so comfortable, the overall aesthetic of the room was pleasant, and the layout made sense. Easily the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip and the most comfortable.

I enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express. My family traveled from Ohio to visit friends. It was a relaxing stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly and courteous. They keep the property well maintained. Thankfully no smoking policy. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and nice options for continental breakfast. There is a pool available and small workout area. We enjoyed our time. Thanks for making our vacation worthwhile.

Clean hotel clean Room and professional staff , great stay . room was clean halls were clean . room was quite and restful . Parking lot was not over crowded , easy parking easy loading and unloading of personal bags. very close to Mall and many choices of Eateries and restaurants , Lots of shopping Choices ,banks and other services are close by

Very disappointed of this Holiday inn and IHG network in general. I checked out on 06/25/2022 4days prior to original date. But they charged extra 4 days anyway and don’t wand to refund me money for these 4 days. Would not recommend this place….

Stayed for business over night, the bed was comfy the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. Check out and check in was simple and easy. I had a great stay for a quick trip. Also the hotel was close to food and stores
