Very clean and professionally maintained IHG accommodation. There's a reason I always stay with IHG. I didn't initially expect it to be of a high standard being in Wilmington but I was very surprised. Staff is professional and responsive to request. Will stay again.

In my experience, the front desk staff and cafeteria staff were nosy, meddlesome, and loved to gossip a little bit too much. Word of advice: Make your long term stay individuals warm and welcomed, and don't make them feel that they are being observed day and night. Stay away from this hotel if you want a discreet stay away from home. Furthermore, you all should provide better food, don't lie to us about the size of the rooms, don't lie to us about multi-month reimbursements, and make sure that your gym key works all the time. For what the rooms cost, you should provide much better service.

Quiet hotel, friendly staff

Arrived and was greeted by the manager who already had keys out and ready for us (since we arrived later in the evening) had a chance to talk about things around the town, what's open etc. Got to the rooms which were clean and quiet. Can't ask for much else.

Was greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome. Room was super clean and fresh. Was a little confused at first as the bathroom wasn't just inside the hotel room door like most. It was located in the back of the room which was different but quite nice.

I had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn Express. I usually do not sleep well on trips, but the bed and pillows were great and I had a wonderful nights sleep.

We were in town for a wedding at the Ohio Renaissance Faire, and the hotel was a convenient location to get there. Clean rooms, bathroom was great for getting ready, and breakfast the next morning was enough.
