My husband and I stayed here last weekend. As soon as we entered our room, we smelled mildew. Upon entering the bathroom, I found that the toilet was leaking where the base of it meets the floor. I immediately went to the front desk and was told they would send someone to look at it. We went out for a little while and when we came back, it was still leaking. They said someone had checked it but didn't find any problem. I brought it to the attention of the front desk employee a second time and she said she would have it checked again, but that there was no other room available, as the hotel was completely booked. The toilet contented to leak the entire time we were there and the odor of the room, although not related to the toilet issue, was repulsive. When we went to check out, we waited for twenty minutes, even though there was only one guest in front of us. When it was our turn, the receptionist never asked how our stay was, if we enjoyed ourselves, etc. She simply wanted to know if I wanted to use points or become a rewards member. HORRIBLE experience. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for less than I paid to stay here. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was just there for one night so I didn't use any of the hotel's amenities, but the room was clean, comfortable and just what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express room.
