Great location- nice hotel

Good location, parking etc, 10 mins walk to town. Enjoyed the stay, we could stay again. We had a garden room, which gives you access to the garden and a couple of chairs.
Room adequate, maybe bathroom needs updating- but its clean and comfortable

Légèrement à l'extérieur du centre ville mais proche à pied, cet hôtel a satisfaisait nos attentes. Un peu cher, hôtel globalement assez ancien mais bien rénové et propre. Isolation phonique de qualité, tout comme le petit déjeuner et la disponibilité du personnel.
Hotel OK But bath / shower combination is dangerous

A very dated hotel that needs some care and attention put into it. My biggest issue was that the bath was raised to such an extent it made egress a very dangerous operation. The bath is very narrow at the bottom (probably to save water when bathing) but it made taking a shower, which was placed over the bath, very uncomfortable as there is nowhere flat to stand. The shower curtain also falls down inside the bath and reaches the base. I almost fell getting out of the shower as I did not realise the bath was set so much higher off the floor. My wife did slip on the floor when exiting the shower and fell to the ground.
The pool could be very nice but it is neglected and cold. It does not appear to have been updated since the 1970's. The Jaccuzi was not working and some sort of large block of concrete at the shallow end which looked as if it should have water flowing just made the whole thing look ugly. The setting and the building could be fantastic - if it was looked after.
Breakfast was good with a selection and quantity a-plenty. Empty plates were removed quickly but in line with the rest of the hotel one of the coffee machines was not working!
Le Touquet is a lovely place and the location of the hotel is very good and within easy walking distance to the centre and the beach, but I would not recommend the place for the reasons outlined above.
Special resort and gateway to France

Stayed at the Holiday Inn for at least 25 years, and it is a great venue.
Located in the iconic town of Le Touquet, it serves as fantastic accommodation in its own right, having superb facilities and adjacent to the main areas.
Some 15 minutes out of town by foot, it is relaxing to meander through the interesting and (quality) infrastructure.
The town is simply amazing, with great interests and restaurants.
And of course the beaches.
Strategically, I should add it is the perfect venue for a first night stopover before heading onwards into France.
Super convenient for the channel ports, and only half an hour away.
Urgent need an a property refurbishment

Staff is pleasant, location is fine, hotel is clean, quiet and safe. However it is unacceptable to charge 2025 prices from a property that looks like it is 1995. Everything is old fashioned: materials, amenities, breakfast area, furniture, power plugs, shower and faucets etc.

Room noisy from the extraction system? Also, very disappointed! I ordered some flowers for the room on line and when we arrived they didn’t know anything about it, however, the reception team were very helpful. ( thank you to them for saving the day)

Nous sommes revenus ravis de notre séjour au Touquet dans votre hôtel.
Très bien situé, chambre propre et confortable, personnel attentif (merci pour le gouter offert à nos filles), piscine chauffée, petit déjeuner au top.
Nous reviendrons très vite.

Cela fait maintenant près de trente années que je fréquent cet hôtel... A chaque visite j'ai l'impression que la qualité du service baisse. En effet, par exemple à la piscine, si vous y restez après 17H30, seules deux lampes sur six fonctionnent, ce qui vous plonge dans la pénombre. La température de l'eau est également de plus en plus basse, et le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Aux deux petits déjeuners que j'ai pris à l'hôtel, les oeufs brouillés, le bacon, etc... étaient quasi froids. J'ai le ressenti que des économies sont faîtes de plus en plus au détriment de la qualité du service à la clientèle. Une mauvaise impression d'hôtel vieillissant....

욕조에 있는 샤워실보다 워크인 샤워실을 선호하십시오. 우리 나이에 목욕에 들어가기에는 약간 높습니다!

kamer en algemene infrastruktuur zijn oubollig en dringend aan renovatie toe.
de vriendelijkheid van het personeel is gigantisch.
de kwaliteit van het eten in restaurant Le Picardy was heel goed, het eindejaarsmenu was van superieure kwaliteit.
aangename sfeer en goede prijs kwaliteit
zeer degelijk ontbijt

L'hôtel est très bien situé et son personnel est très accueillant : les deux seuls atouts de cet hôtel.
L'hôtel est froid, son lobby est vide et les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4*. Le mobilier est vétuste, les chambres sont vieillottes et ne sont pas d'une propreté irréprochable ( la planche sur lequel reposait le mini bar était cassée et sale!).
La qualité le pdj est correcte mais celle de restaurant le Royal est très moyenne.
