Great room and staff

An excellent all-round experience. Check in was a dream with super attentive staff. The room was large with 2 good sized beds and an excellent shower. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a comprehensive buffet and, again, lovely friendly staff. There was a nice pool and a well equipped gym. I’d go back in an instant.

A very nice one night stay

I spent just one night at this family oriented resort. Despite a last minute reservation, the front desk was keen to offer me a choice between two rooms. They were also very upfront about the one that might suit me best, as I was traveling alone. Dolly, the duty manager greeted me and made every effort to meet my late check out request, although the hotel was running at full capacity. Room design, breakfast, gym and pool were great for me and I also noticed a lot of features for families with children. Overall a great stay.

Everything we hoped for

Loved everything about our stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, Room was wonderful. Looked like it had just been renovated.
Kids loved the breakfast and pool. The gym was excellent!


IHG membership got our room upgraded and allowed for layer check out.

Great location. Quiet and relaxing but easy to access lots of restaurants and street life. Would definitely go back!

Hotel for families not couples

Great location with modern and comfortable rooms.
The day before our check in my wife and I were notified of a room upgrade as we are Platinum Elite members.This sounded great as we had already booked a balcony and requested a high floor away from the elevators, however our upgrade was to a garden access room. We viewed the room but found out the garden was being used by numerous children playing football?? No thanks!!
The swim up pool bar area was constantly occupied with children. An adult area of pool would be appreciated.
I was also disappointed that I had to pay for the entire stay up front AND pay an additional deposit, furthermore on check out I had to wait until the room was checked in case we had stolen or broken anything. Check out is 12:00 but both key cards were deactivated at around 11:00 am so could not get back into the room after breakfast with the reception being a 10 minute walk away!! Overall NOT a good IHG experience 😞

Both of the employees they treated me very bad
I think this is last time to come to this hotel

I will write this in my review every where

the staff were racist, they refused to upgrade my room, and when it was our late on the last night, they offered to upgrade it which already too late

We had a very good stay at the property. We would like to appreciate the front desk staff, who were extremely helpful, especially Mr. Ming. We had a few hiccups during our stay, but they were resolved very promptly without causing us any inconvenience. The staff's service orientation is good and they go the extra mile. The rooms are clean and spacious, which was a great help as we were confined to the room due to poor weather. The hotel's location is very good, making it convenient.
