Terrific Family Focused Resort

Excellent resort to visit with family, especially small children.
I was not visiting as such but certainly witnessed the general happiness and positive vibes of those who were. I have enjoyed my stays at this Holiday Inn Resort although the breakfast dining room can be challenging with families and small children running rampage.
Perhaps I will skip the breakfast room in future and order room service to be enjoyed on my quiet private balcony. The resort is in a very convenient location to walk to all that Fisherman's Village has to offer and also a very short distance to the Koh Samui Airport - 15-20 minutes.

The Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach is an amazing property in an ideal location in Samui.
The staff were wonderful; the rooms were very well laid out and the location was excellent from every aspect.
I intend to go back as soon as a can

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. For children, it couldn't be better, with lots of activities and spaces to play. The location is perfect! Everything you need is nearby. If you're looking for a hotel for couples, this isn't the hotel for you. It's literally perfect for families with children. However, I have a very serious complaint, because on two occasions we saw something very unpleasant, especially for a family hotel with lots of children. We saw two episodes of couples smoking cannabis. One occasion was on the balcony, a couple was smoking at night. On another occasion, we were with our children on the balcony, talking and playing, when a couple with their daughter stopped at the playground, while their daughter was playing, at 11 pm, they were sitting smoking cannabis! And we are absolutely sure that it was cannabis. We found it very disrespectful and completely careless on the part of the hotel, which should monitor this type of thing better. For this reason, we will not stay at the hotel again, unfortunately, on our trips to Koh Samui. Another criticism is in relation to the cleanliness of the place. It's not the fault of the staff, who are great. But due to the hotel's failure to provide more staff to meet the demand of people. Food that falls on the floor during breakfast, lunch and dinner is left until the restaurant closes. It remains dirty for other guests who use it. Disrespectful. Although it is a hotel designed for children, it is a matter of hygiene and respect.
This is not in keeping with the IHG group, which we have stayed at several other places. The hotel is good, food amazing, drinks perfect, staff very nice.

this hotel is good for families with small children they have pool for the little children and Gymboree . breakfast was good but not diverse, the croissant and bread was dry. We have one thing to complan: We whrite email to the hotel month before arrive and when we did arrived to the hotel we spoke with the attanted at the reception about food to our alergic baby unfortunately we didn't receive any response to our request until the day before living the hotel . the responsible for breakfast came and talked with us/He treid to provide us a suitable food for the baby

I had to get upset three times within six days. There were constant problems and I wasn't taken seriously. I received no apology or compensation from the hotel for the first two mistakes. For the third mistake, which involved money, only a half-hearted apology was offered. Although on my last day of vacation I had to deal with the fact that I supposedly hadn't put down a deposit, even though I had put one down from the start to begin with. I find it outrageous that no compensation was offered after I was accused of not putting down any money and having to prove my innocence, all despite the fact that I'm an employee. My brother was staying at the hotel at the same time as me and wrote a review after his stay, whereupon my boss was contacted to get me to delete it. It is unacceptable that my boss was contacted by email because of a private stay and that I was exposed, even though it is my right and my brother's right to write a review during my private stay. This has nothing to do with my work and it is a disgrace that my boss was involved in this. I expect an apology or a compromise after this action

We just came back from this excellent trip, in loved with holiday inn bophut. Fisherman’s street is too closed, you can walk and visit a lot of restaurants every evenings.
Very good location in the middle of the beach, first line, own sift sunbeds, good sea to sweam.
Big and green territory, pool bar, fresh towels.
I’ve never been to such children’s friendly hotel😍 there are wonderful playroom и playground, and mini aqua park for kids 🤩
Staying for children in the hotel is free.
Personal is very friendly and all of them are beautiful, speaks English well, inspite of other))
Rooms are new and very comfortable, 2 titles of pillows, mini bar, there are all you need.
Want to come back again, recommend

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful. In the morning we were served our favorite Cappuccino with Almond milk by Audi, one of the staff. Without being asked he learned what we liked and always made sure we had it before even asking.
When our daughter got sick, the lobby hostess Fern, helped us with taxi to the hospital and managed the receipts for our insurance company.
Also Sam and Nat were very helpful answering our questions, giving help whenever needed and directing us to the proper facilities.
We had a lovely conversation with Miguel, the General Manager, who explained the philosophy of his hotel of creating genuine connections between staff and guest which we think is a great idea.
We would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten uns auf ein Zimmer mit Pool-Access gefreut, da dieses auch gebucht war. Dass wir aus dem Zimmer aber nicht einmal den Pool sehen konnten, eine Terasse, Vorgarten, ein Weg mit Liegen und dann noch Beete vorhanden sind, ist sehr schlecht.
Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang sind im Hotel leider nicht vorhanden.
Das Personal muss es leider ausbaden, wenn sie Beschreibung falsch ist.

My last stop on Samui was the HI. Had a smooth Check in, very nice room with Upgrade and a very good Night at a very comfy bed! Early wake up and I left the HI and Samui with a very lovely Check out. Trin took care of my luggage and I left this place with a nice smile and it will feel like homecoming when I come back next time!
