The perfect place for a family vacation. Direct access to the beach, a children's pool with slides and giant buckets will make the kids not want to stop playing in the water. Sunrise view can be enjoyed at 6:00 - 6:30pm

I got corner room and I can hear every guest or cart moving nearby. Tv should be upgrade to smart tv to update with current trends.

We loved it! Our little girl 2.5 had the best time. Great pool, nice beachfront, (note to surfers, this is not a surf spot in dry season), great breakfast, room service, spa., kids club & nanny service. Nice local restaurants.

Our 3 night stay was amazing. I have no issues with the staff or hotel itself besides the swim up bar being closed for maintenance. That being said it was a wonderful stay and very relaxing. Beach is right next to pool with many water sports available which my children did love! Could be better for breakfast options.

OVerall 5/5. I loved every minute in the hotel, staff is so kind, every are is clean, the food is amazing and my baby used the playground and it was perfect. It was more than I expected.

At first the receptionist were very kind and helpful and welcoming when we arrived at midnight. Had booked two rooms one was ready but the other one was not. Of course after long flight I need to take shower however all towels were stained and worn which feels like very old and extremely used.

The hotel amenities are very good, incl family room, kids club, pool and sun chairs. The food was only good at breakfast, the food at lunch/dinner was mediocre at best.

A Simply Wonderful Stay in Bali

This was our first visit to Bali and with being IHG members we chose the Holiday Inn Resort for a good part of our 3 weeks on the Island. We were not disappointed! The amenities were excellent, the food was good, the facilities were excellent too. However, what really stands out is the "team" who works here, their customer focus, professionalism, and friendliness. They really do come over as if they care and want to ensure that you have as enjoyable a stay as possible. Without exception, they all have smiles on their faces in the process. It makes a huge difference.
Would I come again? Absolutely!

Everything went well, and even we were upgraded to the Ocean view room, which was fantastic.
The spa / Massage center is state of the art.
One concern that hotel management can easily overcome is -
Breakfast - there is only a minimal spread and a monotonous breakfast in most areas; a person who sees the same thing daily will get tired. Even the Indian food 2 or 3 items were not at all tasty.
La Carte menu: The restaurant has a minimal a la carte option, making us go out for lunch and dinner. Spend time in traffic, extra cost and inconvenience

A wonderful stay for entire family. Daughter lives pool and kids club. We loved location and Tea Tree spa best spa I have ever experienced and I’ve been to a few. Break was great each morning and daughter loved kids menu.
