Very friendly and co-operative staff. Good Location, very relaxing and clean areas

The reception and service at arrival and check in was very good. we reached about mid night but all staff was very attentive and friendly. During the duration of our stay the services provided was of high quality and prompt and all staff members were very polite.
The menu in breakfast can add more Indian dishes as well as more Glutan free food.
Overall we had a very relaxing stay at this property

Great experience and I had very good stay. The pool was nice I just didn’t have a chance to swim maybe next time when I come back . My husband said this hotel he likes better than the other one we stayed

We stayed at the family adventure suit, the kids bathroom was filthy, mold and stains on the bath, sink so small and you need to push the tap to run water (like public toilet) and only lasted 10sec, very annoying. Sewage smell when you go out of the room, stinks from the pool, only one restaurant onsite, took ages to get food.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Staff were great, very kind. Location was good, you can walk to convenient store, massage, heaps of restaurants just out side of the hotel. You can walk to the beach and other hotels near by, water sports available but be aware they will rip you off.
overall, I wouldn't go back to holiday inn.
Loud and very slow food service

Not a place to stay for a couple without children. Very loud and adult men (guests) were howling at people walking by pool. Food service was very slow and had to ask multiple times if the food was being prepared (1hr+ each time).

We stayed for 4 nights in a family room. The room was terrific, and the resort is in a lovely location with excellent views over the beach. I really enjoyed taking an early morning walk along the path that runs past the resort. The downside was some poor service, with our family having to regularly approach staff to place orders in the restaurants because we couldn't get their attention (even when we tried to wave them down). Also the wait times on food could be quite long even when the restaurants weren't busy.

Our first ever visit to Bali and the Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua team made it better than expected. The team are all happy people and always there to help. The location is beautiful right on the beach with a relaxing pool right there too. Breakfast buffet had so many options and the food was great. We will go back.

We loved our stay at Holliday Inn , from the front desk staff to the dining staff, we were always looked after.
The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the atmosphere.
Our rooms was always cleaned and topped up with fresh water
We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Holliday Inn
the service is good but room a bit noise for sleep

Service attitude is very good. Swimming pool not suitable for adult swim. room a bit noise and hear very noise from next room

The staff were great, super friendly and helpful. There are nice pools and kids club. The room is comfy and spacious. The breakfast has a good selection. Nice spa, relaxing treatments. All in all a great experience and would go back.
The not so great: the room overlooked a very high wall covered in black netting- very off putting so we didn’t use the balcony. Some food could be a bit better quality, mostly enjoyed my meals but some were a bit disappointing. The beach had a lot of seaweed and plastic (not the hotel’s fault and they had people cleaning) but nicer beaches a short walk away

Nice beachfront hotel. Wonderful staffs. Comfy room with nice beach view. I had a relaxing stay.
