이번 여행으로 후아힌 홀리데이인, 소소피텔, 방콕 노보텔 등 총 8박의 휴가를 보냈습니다. 소소피텔과 노보텔 숙박에서 아시겠지만 저는 아코르 계열 호텔에서 주로 묵고 플래티넘 등급을 보유하고 있습니다. 그런데 이번 휴가에서 가장 좋았던 곳은 홀리데이인 바나나바 였습니다. 패밀리 객실에서 3박4일을 보냈습니다. 객실, 조식당, 워터정글, 인피니티풀, 피트니스짐까지 모든 시설이 마음에 들었습니다. 그리고 직원들이 정말 친절하고 프렌들리합니다. 조식당의 음식도 종류도 많고 입맛에 잘 맞았습니다. 8시 30분이 넘으면 사람들이 많이 붐빕니다. 근처에 야시장이 가깝고 로컬 식당, 카페와 비치도 접근성이 좋습니다. 차량으로 마켓빌리지, 블루포트도 가깝습니다. 잠자리 침구도 정말 편했어요. 쌍둥이 자녀가 이층침대를 너무 좋아했어요. 정말 완벽합니다! 한가지 불만이라면 엘리베이터 프로그램이 별루인지 5대 엘리베이터가 비효율적으로 운영되는 것 같았어요. 낮에 엘리베이터를 타려면 5분 정도 대기했었습니다. 그외에는 정말 완벽합니다!

Great Hotel and Amazing Staff

We stayed for three nights and it was a great choice that we started our first time trip to Bali at Holiday Inn. The staff is amazing and shout iut to Diane the receptionist and Adie the bellman and all the staff, they were very helpful and such a cheerful people and was great hospitality. Thank you for such an amazing time

พนักงานบริการน่ารักมาก ตั้งแต่พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้า, เบล, คิดส์คลับ, ห้องอาหาร และสวนน้ำ เป็นทริปครบรอบวันเกิดลูกสาวที่ประทับใจมากค่ะ พวกเราจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกครั้งนะคะ😍

This is my third time staying here, and I really like it. The room is clean, and there’s a water park for kids, a shared swimming pool, and a kids’ room. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The reception staff are lovely and friendly — especially Natty, who was very helpful and informative.

However, the male staff at the pool didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly. He rarely smiled or greeted guests. But overall, the rest of the staff were great. I’ll definitely come back again!

워터파크를 이용하며 아이에게 무료숙박권과 무료엑스트라베드제공은 아주 좋았습니다. 그러나 방청소가 잘되어있지 않았습니다.

Great hotel and waterpark for kids. Overall was a great stay. Good experience and great customer service!! Highly recommend for travelers with families. We always pick holiday inn chains because of the great service they provide!

Best resort in SEA for families with active kids

We are a family of 2 adults, 2 kids (12 and 10 years old). We stayed from 07 to 17 July, 10 nights, first five nights in a Premium Family room and the last five in a KidsSuite. This is our second stay at this hotel and, like the first time back in 2019, we had a great stay. This hotel is expensive (rooms) but generous (water park, pool with view, breakfast, gym, games room, shuttle to the beach, housekeeping...) and very well organized-managed. It is ideal for families with active young kids. We travel regularly in this region of the world, and, can easily affirm that this resort is the best in South East Asia.

The resort is a great place for family. My family enjoyed the water park. It also has game room for older kids on the Lobby floor, kids’ place with indoor playground on the 5th floor. I believe babysitting service is available for a fee (we didn’t use).
The breakfast buffet served pretty much the same foods every morning and was okay.
I would like to praise Ms Meya who was always with a smile while helping switching 3 2-single-bed rooms to king-bed rooms. She was kindly upgraded all 3 rooms to ocean view for my IHG membership.
One negative experience was no birthday cake for my son was delivered as promised. The trip was to celebrate my son’s 2nd birthday. I mentioned that to 2 different receptionists at checking, both said they would set up something with cake for him. On the day of, I called to confirm and was told they usually set up after 5pm. We waited until after 5pm, called again but no one picked up. I thought maybe it would be a surprise so we went out for dinner. There was nothing when we came back. We were quite disappointed.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond expectations. The hotel blends modern comfort with vibrant, family-friendly energy and being connected to the Vana Nava Water Jungle is a game-changer!

Rooms are spacious with breathtaking sea views, the rooftop infinity pool is pure magic at sunset, and the breakfast buffet? Absolutely delicious with something for everyone.

What truly stood out was the warm, attentive service. Every team member went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Whether you’re here with kids, on a romantic getaway, or just need a fun weekend escape this is the place to be in Hua Hin. Highly recommended!
