First time visiting a Staybridge for a weekend and let’s just say this is quite the hotel! I had a very pleased stay and all expectations where met from the moment I checked in. Great job IHG

This was a very pleasant stay we were there for a volleyball tournament and this hotel was just what we needed. The room was very clean the overall hotel was clean and the staff that greeted me was very nice.

Entrance and room are so clean. Also, the Internet service and fitness room is very convenience, so I highly recommend this hotel to my coworkers. About location is very good because supermarkets are near this hotel.

Staybridge is my second home, I had traveled a lot on 2021 due to my work.
I really recommend this hotel since is brand new building and very courteous personel.
Thank you for your support to our team, we were about 40 people and staybridge always made everybody confortable.
The overall service and the facilities were simply phenomenal.

“The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of “Service Excellence”. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Quiet sleep. The entire front desk staff who handles the front office, I appreciate their professionalism and hard work to provide an excellent experience. The Kitchen staff was very attentive and excellent housekeeping staff is very thoughtful and efficient in the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
The overall service and the facilities were simply phenomenal. I highly recommend this property.

I really hate that they did not have an evening reception I look forward to the nice snacks however I won’t be staying here again and I do not recommend anyone else that is looking for the social dinner….

We had originally chosen this hotel for its location/proximity to the freeways and easy access of getting to our vendors that we do business with in California. We require a Non-Pet Room do to medical equipment and we put this information on all our reservations within IHG hotels. When we checked in I confirmed with the front desk that we were not given a pet room and I was reassured, and it was stated, quote, "It is hotel policy that pets are only allowed on the 1st floor and be service animal only". I was also told that because I was a registered guest I would not have to pay for "Parking". (They still tried to charge me for parking when I checked out)Then I was told that they wanted to copy my drivers license for their records. I refused because there is nowhere on their website that requires this and in over 30 years of travel I have never been asked this from any other hotel chain. I was then told, and I quote, "Then I can't give you a room. It is hotel policy that mandates this requirement". So here we are late in the day, have driven 8 hours, it is raining with thunder and lighting outside so good luck in trying to find another hotel at this time of day. We then proceeded to our room and unpacked. I noticed that the furniture had stains and worn area's. That the air conditioner/heater unit, which was in the bedroom area made a loud noise when "on" so we had to turn it off while we were there.When we finally left our room #211 as we went down the hallway there was another guest going to his room #222 with a large Rottweiler over 75+ lbs. . When we got down to the front desk I inquired and explained there is a large Rottweiler on the second floor. The person then explained and I quote, "It is hotel policy that if the first floor is full we can put pets on other floors". I stated this was totally contrary to what she had told me when I checked in. Her comment, "I do what hotel policy tells me to do". I also explained the condition of the room. All she said was, I am sorry! That was it! There is a sign in the hotel room that states, "Exceeding Your Expectations" is our priority. We want all our guests to be completely satisfied with their stay. If you experience any issues, problems, or just simply have an unmet need, please let us know right away and we will get it right. We let them know and they did absolutely nothing. When we travel we have learned to take pictures of our hotel room just in case a hotel tries to charge us for something or if there is a dispute we have photographic proof of the room and conditions. As for my company and for my associates we will stay at another hotel. This hotel is unreliable from what we experienced. Beside it is our company policy to do so!!

Lots of easy FREE parking (which can be rare in LA), and easy access to the freeway. Extremely clean comfortable room. Great hot breakfast. Beautiful outdoor lounge/pool area. Really nice grassy pet area. If you need a little more area for your four legged friend to unwind, there is a small park just across the street. The staff were amazing and friendly, kind of made me feel like I was coming home each time I walked through the lobby, not just walking through a large impersonal hotel.

Staybridge Suites Irvine is an excellent option for the area. No additional resort / amenity fees and parking included in the room rate. Location is easy access to variety of restaurants
