Tracy was so sweet and welcoming to a new city and our stay at Staybridge!!! The only con I have about the hotel is the washers need to be cleaned out because they all had a very bad smell, other than that I loved my stay and the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath was perfect for us!!

From the moment we walked in I knew we were at the right place for us.The lobby was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Upon entering our room. We were blown away by the feel of cleanliness and this beautiful decor. The linens were high quilty and the spa like feel in the bathroom was unforgettable.

Front desk was great and very polite and professional. Room was very clean and well organized. Bathroom was clean and organized. Breakfast was good and the social nights were good. Over all my stay was great and I would recommend this hotel to others

The staff is what made it for me, but Miss Amanda was fantastic. She was so kind and so sweet. I could not believe how friendly she was with me !

The staff was amazing. The room was so clean and amazing. It smells fantastic. I give this place 100 stars on a tin star review, and I highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely stay here from now on we come every three months for my son’s surgery at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.!
More Attention to Details.

No clock to be found in the room (nor entire building) for use. -- I need one because I don't use an alarm. The coffe pot didn't work, yet was left on counter to use (had to waste time trying to fix)

The site here was kept up very well. I was last here two years ago, and it still is as clean, and in tact as the last time I was here. Staff changed a little, but you wouldn’t noticed at all. Everyone was nice, at peace, and understanding. No problem sleeping even on the 1st floor while doing laundry.

The service was excellent from the time we arrived until we left. Each time we entered or exited the building we were greeted with a smile. The breakfast was hot and area CLEAN. It was nice to lounge around outside. Thank you
Poor customer service, but nice rooms

This is a beautiful hotel with nice amenities, but the hotel was clearly cheaply finished as we experienced multiple issues with things being broken or not working. Customer service was terrible! However, the rooms were clean and there are amenities that are nice. I wouldn’t recommend a long term stay here, but a night or two sure.
Close to hospital and UALR

We loved the location of this hotel as far as being close to things, there’s a pretty serious road noise situation if you are on the side that faces the highway, thankfully I had brought earplugs. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. And if you’re allergic to animals you may have troubles, seems like there’s a higher ratio than usual of people with dogs in the room, and I had allergies the whole weekend.

Stayed here while family was in the hospital, hotel was clean & the staff was accommodating to my changing needs. Would recommend this hotel.
