From the moment you arrive a welcome face is there to greet you. They are there to advise you on all aspects of your stay. I stayed there when we sold our house. The experience was great. The free laundry is a big benefit to the experience. I am a retired high school athletic director. I recommend the Candlewood Suites to teams traveling to Miami. The sales office is outstanding. Always there to help. Overall a great experience. I look forward to my next stay.

Front desk Julissa has great customer service.I requested for a room on the 1st floor and right away she gave me one.Plus the early check in was very much appreciated.Thank you Julissa for making our stay a very memorable one.

Great stay and they accommodate me at the last minute with a room. I was town for a wedding and wanted to stay closer to the wedding venue and they wedding party and hotel had a room available for me and family

This was my first week long business trip in a different state and I was nervous about how things might be difficult. The kitchen was a life saver, I was able to buy groceries for the week and keep them in the full sized refrigerator and make myself dinner every night. It was wonderful and everything I needed was provided. Highly recommend this location.

Spacious suite with all kitchen utensils necessary provided. The location was great for leisure and business aspects. Room and bathroom were clean.

The location was perfect for the work I was doing, and the staff was accommodating in every way. Overall pleasant experience, apart from the whole Covid quarantine thing. I’m glad I stayed there!

I will never stay at this hotel again. The room had a terrible loud sound, bathroom door was broken, vanity was kicked in, towels were consistency of sandpaper, kitchen was not well stocked with necessary items to cook with, fire alarm went off and front desk was confused... Just horrible

Hotel guest were awesome and greeted us properly. The amenities provided by the hotel were on par with what they had said. The whole hotel team were respectful. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Miami.
