I want to send a special thank you for Tony at the front desk when I checked in I was so tired. He made the check-in process so quick and easy and then he didn’t mind telling me about the hotel after I got rested up a few hours later, which was really helpful.

I stay Here anytime we’re wanting to do a night out in Bricktown. The rooms are always clean. Front desk service is always pleasant and efficient. The shuttle is a big plus for us!

Property and room were clean and tidy. Staff greeted us with respect and were very friendly. Location was convenient for daily travel.
Leaking and clogged sink

Room should have not been blocked with knowledge knowing that this sink was clogged and leaking. Spent this time time cleaning their bathroom for them.

The hotel staff provides a warm. welcome. The hotel was clean, Queen studio room is spacious, I have stayed at this location previously and will choose if in OKC Bricktown There is also a fueling convience store located a mile from hotel.They also provide shuttle service yo downtown.

The best with this hotel was the serviceminded man that worked in the reception in the evening. He was perfekt for the job. He helped us and made our stay a nice experiance. That kind of staff is a big value for the guests but also for the hotel.
Good bed and pillows

Most beds at hotels are either too hard or too soft. This one was just right! It had to be fairly new, because I didn’t roll to the middle. The pillows were fluffy enough that one did the job instead of needing to jenga them.
I like a cold room while sleeping, and there were enough covers to make it possible.

Arrived very early since my husband's appt was early and I had worked all night and Tony was able to get us in a room very quickly so that I could get some rest and my husband could go to his cancer treatment. Tony was awesome!
