Andrew was amazing and 100 customer service! Everyone else was great too but Andrew stood out the most to us. He’s very polite, helpful, very friendly and he never minded if we had any questions. Super polite, I give him 5 stars for sure!!

The only negative I have is that I had to wait awhile to enter the hotel because the door was locked and there was no one at the front desk to let me in. There should be a way for a guest coming to contact the receptionist to let her / him know there's someone trying to get in even when the receptionist is away from the front desk. This way at least the guest knows that the receptionist knows s/he is there.

Everything about this stay was great. I'm really stretching here but the only things ng to improve would be a larger tv, the 32 of nch tv was small by comparison.

The check in process was very efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and fairly comfortable. I wasn’t too impressed with the hard mattress, but overall it was a nice, clean and peaceful stay.

We evacuated due to Hurricane Laura. Staff was excellent and clean rooms. They accept pets which was a life saver.

staff was very friendly. The room cleanliness and maintenance could be better though. There was a stain that looked like recently melted chocolate below the window, and the faux hardwood laminate floor in the kitchen area was loose and occasionally lifted up when stepped on barefoot.

The clerk at check in was kind and courteous. It made for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this place and will stay again myself.
